Billing questions
How does the free tier stay free?
The core generator runs entirely in your browser, so it costs us nothing to serve. Pro pays for development of the premium features. No credit card is ever required for the free tier.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — one click from your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or email us and we’ll do it for you. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer school or OT-clinic licenses?
Yes — the School Licence above covers up to 10 devices on one campus for $59/year. Need an invoice or purchase order first? Email tracesheetapp@proton.me and we'll set it up.
Who processes the payment, and what about taxes?
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They process the card, calculate and remit sales tax / VAT / GST for your region, and email you a compliant invoice.
How do I activate Pro after buying?
Your receipt email contains a license key. Open TraceSheet, click “Unlock Pro”, paste the key — done. It stays activated on that device.
