Terms of Service

Effective August 22, 2026 · Plain English on purpose.

Our refund promise, stated plainly: If TraceSheet Pro isn't right for you, email tracesheetapp@proton.me within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund 100% of what you paid. No forms, no interrogation, no hard feelings. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy within 5 business days (your bank may take a few extra days to post it). Cancelling a subscription stops future charges; the 14-day guarantee covers the initial payment either way. This is in addition to any statutory consumer rights you have (including EU/UK withdrawal rights). This guarantee is intended for genuine one-time use and is offered in good faith — we reserve the right to decline repeat refund requests from the same person or account where a clear pattern of buy-refund-rebuy suggests the guarantee is being used to access Pro for free rather than to try it out.

1. The service

TraceSheet is a browser-based generator for printable handwriting and name-tracing worksheets. The core generator is free, runs entirely in your browser, and requires no account. “TraceSheet Pro” is an optional paid upgrade that unlocks premium features (cursive sheets, dotted-thirds guidelines, whole-class batches, saved presets, footer removal).

2. Accounts & your content

There are no accounts. Worksheet content you type (names, word lists, sentences) stays in your browser and is never transmitted to us — see our Privacy Policy.
You own the worksheets you generate. Print them, copy them for your students, send them home, use them in your classroom, tutoring practice, or homeschool — no limits, no attribution needed.
You may not resell the service itself, redistribute the site or its code as your own product, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.

3. Pro, billing & renewals

Pro is offered as a subscription: $6/month or $29/year, charged upfront at the start of each period. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
Payments, invoicing, tax compliance (VAT/GST/sales tax) and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Your bank statement will show a charge from Lemon Squeezy.
Cancel anytime via the “Manage subscription” link in any receipt email, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges; Pro remains active until the end of the period you paid for.

4. Your Pro license

A Pro purchase issues a personal license key. Activate it on up to 3 devices. Keys are for you or your single classroom/clinic — not shareable across a school (site licenses: tracesheetapp@proton.me).
Worksheets generated while Pro is active remain yours forever, even if you later cancel.

5. Availability & changes

The tool is provided “as is” and “as available”. It works offline except for webfont downloads. We may add, change, or remove features; if we ever remove a Pro feature you've paid for mid-period, you're entitled to a pro-rated refund on request. We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Disclaimers & liability

Worksheets are teaching aids, not a substitute for professional educational or therapeutic judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraceSheet's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes to these terms & contact
