Why we built it

TraceSheet started in a kindergarten classroom. Every handwriting worksheet maker we tried had the same problems: watermarks over the letters kids were supposed to trace, forced sign-ups, fonts that didn't match what schools actually teach, or twenty clicks to make one sheet. We wanted the opposite — type a name, press print, done.

• Private by design. The generator runs entirely in your browser. Student names never touch a server — see our plain-English privacy policy.
• Built for real classrooms. Whole-class batches from a pasted roster, workbook booklets, fading practice rows, numbered start arrows, Dolch/Fry sight-word lists, US three-line and Australian dotted-thirds guidelines.
• Honest free tier. Unlimited worksheets free, forever. Pro ($6/mo) adds cursive, dotted thirds, unlimited batches and presets for those who need more.
